The core business of Daft Dog Music is in the writing of original music. We are happy to produce music to picture, whether it be for video, TV, film, website, or game projects, to offer original songwriting/production services or produce music for radio (e.g. jingles). While we specialise in music production, we are also able to undertake voice-over recording, audio editing (i.e. post-production), sound design or basic mastering or 5.1 mixing projects.

Our music studio can work with either timecoded VHS video or digitised video files with burnt-in SMPTE timecode. We can also generate digitised video files, incorporating any music or audio required, and at a variety of resolutions or frames rates (i.e. for web streaming).

Music and sound can be output to audio CD or on data CD as WAV, AIFF, MP3 or any streaming media formats (i.e. Real Player or Media Player files). We can also deliver compressed audio (i.e. MP3, RM or WMA files) via the internet and this can greatly improve the efficiency of collaboration between client and composer while a project is in development.
